of mainly throwing rocks in the water, the serenity and beauty of

When Dave's creativity isn't being applied to
business development - it's often found trying to hook finicky trout
on the fly on the Au Sable River in Michigan. His greatest joy is
his family - his wife Leslie who is a Public Relations consultant to
Dow and mother of two truly fabulous teenage children.
Jim "JB" Klyap
Jim is the outfitter and manager of Dome Mountain
Ranch, located in Paradise Valley, Montana. The passion for fly
fishing is a tradition in his family. And as his dad and grandfather
taught him, he pursues every activity to the peak of his ability.
Following his Dad who was a teacher for 39 years, Jim earned a
degree in education. After college he created and established the
first student teacher program in cooperation with the Seneca Indian
reservation in Salamanca, New York. Shortly thereafter he was
recognized as "Student Teacher of the Year". He used his gifts in
education as the key to opening many doors. One of those doors
brought him back to Montana to first work in Yellowstone National
Park teaching fly fishing to many of the over 3,000 employees of the
park. Jim's desire to have an impact on the lives of others, along
with his approach to business service, has helped him and his wife,
Len, quickly create Dome Mountain Ranch into a top destination for
fly fishers and families.
Education and sharing his knowledge with others has
always been his top priority, so he also spends nearly 200 days per
year involving others with the outdoors. In 2002, Jim led the first
ever bow hunt for Elk captured on film, produced in conjunction with
OLN, Elk Country Journal and Barrett Productions. In addition to
being an avid fly fisher, Jim is also a skilled bow hunter, seminar

Capt. Gregg Arnold
Gregg started his business career in Arkansas as a
fund raiser for schools and church groups. While there, his fly
fishing interest grew fishing the Little Red and the North fork of
the White for its legendary brown trout. After a few years, he moved
back to Kentucky to join the family petroleum products business in
the role of sales and new business development. Gregg's sales
success earned him trips to seminars in the Caribbean and Florida
where he was introduced to salt water fly-fishing. Gregg attended
Murray State University in Kentucky where he majored in business and
marketing, along with a recreation specialty for the Boy Scouts
Gregg became a full-time guide because of his love of
fishing. As a naturally outgoing and gregarious person, he figured
this was also a great way to find new people to share his passion
with when his fishing buddies couldn't go. Needless to say, Greg
enjoys the camaraderie and conversation as much as the fishing. He
now lives & guides in the New Orleans area where he started E-Z Fly
Guide Services with his partner Barrett Brown. They have a variety
of boats for fishing the back country, world class site casting,
wade-fishing, and offshore gulf locations. They arrange destination
fly fishing and hunting for clients too. Gregg also owns a 3500 acre
deer, turkey & quail hunting operation in Kentucky.
